Jess Messer makes Savouré Soda with whole ingredients. Big pots of NY cherries, VT apples, and pounds upon pounds of organic herbs grown right here in the Champlain Valley. Jess is also my kitchen mate and we share many ingredients and sourcing tips as we travel through each growing season. She makes exceptional, creative, tasty and one of a kind products. The demand for Savouré outstrips the supply so we are lucky to be selling two flavors for the holiday table! These are great for cocktails and straight sippin’.

Two size options for your gift messages.

1. Philip & Hive, Teapot, Dandelion, Honey Bird, Dennis the Coffee Crow and Holiday Cards are all 5"x7" and come with a kraft envelope. Blank inside so that it can be used for any occasion. These cards are reproductions of original watercolor and pen drawings.

2. Little Bee Cards come with matching envelopes. Each card is approximately 4.75”x3.5”. This is an awesome small size for little notes and any occasion.

I met Michael when we worked at the same restaurant in Seattle. I always liked my cooking shifts more when he was there serving. He was stylish, kind, funny and super creative. Over the years, we’ve stayed in loose touch, seeing each other at trade shows. On top of his post/card business, he sells many of these pieces as prints and puts on several shows a year, regularly debuting new paintings, which is the original form of Michael’s work.
