This jam is made with honey. 

I call it fruit food and you will want to eat it straight from the jar.

I started V Smiley Preserves in Seattle while working as a line cook. I knew someday I’d return home to Vermont, home to the farmhouse where I was born, home to the 150 acres of farmland, pasture and forest located along the New Haven River. 

 V Smiley Preserves makes sense here. The honey I use comes from up the road. Amy, my partner, grows the aromatics, and year by year, she and my mother Susan plant & harvest more fruit from this family land.
